uhm, you have to join them first.
if you look at my journal you will see icons to the clubs im in and you can pick whichever ones you want to and on the club journal you should find a link saying : joining/submitting or something like that and it'll tell you how to join
you usually just send them a message saying something like "i'd like to join your club!" and then you put their icon in your journal (they tell you how) and then once you've gotten a message back saying your in you start sending them your submissions! some clubs only allow you to send one a week, but some are open!
